AQP property management is a terrible company. These apartment buildings are filthy, hazardous, and the units are ridiculously small. Vehicles are broken into on the street and of course only one parking space is available on site. I highly discouraged family and friends from even considering renting or leasing with AQP. They also kept my security deposit with no good reason. I am working on filing a lawsuit against them.
