Overall was a good experience. However, the internet is extremely slow and the landlord doesnt want to switch companies. She’s overall very respecful and transparent and pretty relaxed about most things. The only complaint I have is how she handled a COVID situation. She tested postiive and was still pretty much in the entirety of the house instead of quaratining in her room and occasionally using the kitchen. She did let me get out of my lease 1 month early due to being laid off which was nice.
