The professionalism & transparency would change to a 1 when we were moving out. The management changed the month we were leaving and made it difficult to move out peacefully. Especially by alleging we never paid our last months rent, creating a collection on our accounts, which was false.

Living there was awesome. The staff were nice and accommodating. When my garage key wasn’t working, maintenance came immediately. When there was a possibility of having to change apartment sizes, the receptionist showed me options and was very attentive. And the manager at the time was understanding and lenient with us when we had to move out. ONLY bad part was the scam of leaving when management changed and said we didn’t pay our dues.
