atThe apartments at 855 Windsor seem nice on the outside but after living in them you’ll quickly be brought back to reality: it’s another rundown LA building that has had laminate floors slapped in and rents raised. The building reeks of water damage, is constantly disgusting, and the landlord Jordan Rahimian does not fix anything unless threatened with legal action. AVOID this building at all costs. It’s also overrun with barking dogs.
