Danco Property Management

This property is trash. I picked up a sublease here out of necessity and it is by far the worst place I’ve ever lived. The windows are old and broken, there’s a large gap underneath the door, the bathroom is too small to move around in, there are broken bicycles chained outside, the list goes on. The worst part about this place though is the unhelpful, dismissive management company. Danco Property Management never answered my requests for maintenance, it took them a week to figure out what the password was for their own WiFi system (which is also garbage, 1mb down) and every time I would ask a question or make a request I was met with short, incomplete sentence email answers which made me feel as if they had no desire to help or even give me the time of day. Never rent a Danco property. They just try to take advantage of people.
