I am a two year tenent of Al Hakam. He has been a fabulous landlord during our stay. He has an on-call mantinence worker “Kay” who will come in and explain what he will do to fix it. He is very flexible about coming for any repairs. Al Hakam makes time to get to know each tenent and very responsive to any questions, comments or concerns. He offers to help when he can and I would love to rent with him again. I highly recommend renting from him.
