atlived in unit 103 and the landlord was Farah Madhat. The apartment was very nice and the garage was fairly clean. However multiple tenants had items stolen from the garage so beware. I was harassed multiple times by neighbors for having my dog pee on a tree outside. Not sure why this was a problem. The landlord was usually unresponsive and is now trying to take our security deposit. Overall the building is not a very welcoming place to live and the unit is overpriced. I wouldn’t recommend living there.
