Renters beware, Utopia Property Management is the worst property management company I have ever rented from. We had to beg and pled to get anything fixed in the rental home and when it did get fixed it was a bandaid not an actual fix. The roof was tiles and they where falling off and the property manager and owner refused to fix them. Upon move out Alexander Hallman AKA the crook stole money from us. He charged us for water usage for the month before we moved in. Do not rent from this place ever.
